My FAVE!! Come on LIGHT: Figuratively, metaphorically, literally. It's all welcome when living in the dark!

Dear Reader,

Happy Solstice! (Celebrate this entire weekend and extend through the winter holidays.)

Today I rejoice as the light returns. Whether you are rejoicing about the soon to be longer days or in the symbolism of a religious holiday or even the new calendar year, REJOICE. If you find a small seed of hope or joy, latch on to it for a moment. Nurture the seed as you plant it in the rich soil of your heart and mind.

Sunday, December 21, marks many holidays from religious to Winter Solstice to World Meditation Day in honor of which millions of world citizens will meditate together at 8am and 5pm LOCAL time today.

I will be leading a short guided meditation today for releasing the darkness and welcoming the light. I hope you will join me on Zoom or Instagram at 2:00 pm Pacific | 5:00 pm Eastern (Click here for Zoom link.) Or find me live on Instagram at that time, today, Sunday.

Ask Alane Anything Retreat Edition was a great success on Dec. 13th. Here's the recording in case you are curious. Catch AAA again in the new year as we dive deeply into living our best lives as HSPs.

If you notice the holidays wearing you down and think you would really love a week of summer with me in Costa Rica to recover, book a call with me here. We can discover together if it is a fit for our February retreat. I'm taking calls between Christmas and New Year's because... what better way to welcome the light and resolve to embrace it? The rainforest beckons us to deep healing. I can't wait!
