Wow! Every week, if not every day, some new LOUD thing happens that throws me off my game. Does it happen to you, too?

  • Someone kills someone - yes, it's like every day!
  • Our country invades yet another
  • The list can be endless...It's a noisy world when you are highly sensitive

The politics matter but they don't. Whatever you think or feel, invasion is stressful!

When the world is TOO DAMN LOUD, it's not you. It's the world.
