Too Damn Loud: Noise, Heart, and Vision starts tomorrow

Dear Reader,

Wow! Every week, if not every day, some new LOUD thing happens that throws me off my game. Does it happen to you, too?

  • Personal stress - not in short supply
  • A virus takes me down
  • Financial uncertainty
  • Someone kills someone - yes, it's like every day!
  • Our country invades yet another
  • The list can be endless...It's a noisy world when you are highly sensitive

The politics matter but they don't. Whatever you think or feel, invasion is stressful!

When the world is TOO DAMN LOUD, it's not you. It's the world.

And it's time to rebalance. Let's do it together. I'll see you tomorrow for DAY ONE of my new 3-day live Ask Alane Anything. It's about the Noise. Day Two is all about living in our HEARTS, and Day Three brings us to having the VISION to plan for Noise and know how to return to Heart. Are you in? Be sure to register to get the Zoom link. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Dear Reader, Happy Solstice! (Celebrate this entire weekend and extend through the winter holidays.) Today I rejoice as the light returns. Whether you are rejoicing about the soon to be longer days or in the symbolism of a religious holiday or even the new calendar year, REJOICE. If you find a small seed of hope or joy, latch on to it for a moment. Nurture the seed as you plant it in the rich soil of your heart and mind. Sunday, December 21, marks many holidays from religious to Winter...
