Differential Susceptibility

Differential Susceptibility is a game-changing idea for HSPs. It helps us understand that our heightened responsiveness isn’t a weakness—it's a trait that magnifies outcomes based on our surroundings.

That means with the right support, community, and insight, HSPs can thrive beyond what’s typical. But first, we must understand why our sensitivity works the way it does.

This webinar is your opportunity to ground your experience in science, compassion, and practical tools.

  • Once you register, you will have access to the webinar, Differential Susceptibility (DS): Designing Your Life and Environment for Positive Outcomes.We will send you the link and you can watch it any time.
  • OR, you could wait until Sunday, August 10th at 2:30 pm Eastern and watch it live in community with the chat open. We will be broadcasting it live on Zoom.
  • AND THEN, we hope you will join us at 4 pm EDT for our live, online DS Discussion Group as part of HSP Tools and Topics hosted by Alane Freund. We’ll take questions, brainstorm MORE tools, and support one another. As always, you are invited to have your mic and video turned off the whole time if that is most comfortable for you. Some people like to just observe or participate in the chat. We welcome all manners of participation.
