What would you love? How about a retreat from the front lines?

Dear Reader,

Thank you so much for registering for the Retreat as Spiritual Practice webinar last week. Many of you requested a replay since you couldn't make it, and maybe you have more questions if you did attend, so we're on! This Sunday I'm hosting a REPLAY. You do need to re-register here.

But first I have a question for you: "What would you love?" Go ahead, take a moment and ask yourself.

Now, close your eyes, take three conscious breaths, and ask again, "What would you REALLY love?"

It is through seeing those things we would love clearly in our heart and mind that we come to envision them coming into being. The vision is enough. Writing it down makes it at least five times more powerful. And all of this is spiritual practice. (Feel free to email me your writing to help make it even more real.)

I would love to travel to places I haven't been and stay in ultra-comfortable HSP-friendly accommodations, all while helping highly sensitive people. Guess what? I'm making it happen!

In the webinar last week, someone asked me how and why I came to plan the Costa Rica retreat. The answer is based in the question, "What would I love?" I asked it many times, wrote in great detail about it, and now... And at the first Costa Rica retreat, What would you love? will be the central question of our work together.

(Also there is some kind of astrological thing going on this week that encourages this work, this shift. Take it or leave it, as I do, but it aligns with my mind at the moment, so I'll take it this time.)

Webinar topics we covered include:

  • The Frontlines from which we need to retreat
  • Micro-Retreats
  • How to Recognize Burnout
  • The Spiritual Basis for Retreat, and of course
  • Some cool photos/stories from my Costa Rica retreat last month.

Would you like to ATTEND the webinar replay? I'm offering it this Sunday, (at 5pm EDT) and I will be there live for Q&A and discussion. You will need to register again to get the zoom link.

In the presentation I mention a few important resources, and I will share those links in the chat on Sunday.

Warm retreat blessings to each of you,
Alane
